Welcome to NovaLabs. Please review these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully, as they govern your access to and use of the NovaLabs website and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use our Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Use of Services

All products and services provided by NovaLabs are supplied strictly for research use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption and are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

You agree to use our Services and products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. NovaLabs reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we reasonably believe a customer is violating these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content available through the Services including text, graphics, logos, designs, and trademarks is the exclusive property of NovaLabs and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Orders and Payments

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all purchases made through our Services. You are responsible for maintaining and updating your account and payment details to ensure successful order processing and communication.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials and regulatory considerations, all sales are final.

NovaLabs does not accept returns, issue refunds, or permit order cancellations once an order has been placed.

Delivered Packages

Once a shipment is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

NovaLabs is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery, including theft from porches, mailrooms, front desks, lockers, or other drop-off locations.

No refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued for packages confirmed as delivered.

Shipping Damage or Fulfillment Errors

If a verified fulfillment or shipping error occurs such as incorrect items, missing items, or damage during transit prior to delivery customers must notify NovaLabs within seven (7) calendar days of the carrier’s delivery date.

Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Required Documentation

All claims must include complete documentation:

  • A continuous unboxing video from the moment the package is first opened
  • Clear photos of the external packaging
  • Clear photos of the contents received
  • Clear photos of the packing slip

Claims submitted without the required documentation may be denied.

Resolution

Upon confirmation of an eligible fulfillment or shipping error attributable to NovaLabs, we may, at our sole discretion, reship the affected items.

Cash refunds, store credits, or alternative compensation are not guaranteed.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks initiated for packages marked as delivered, refused, or reported stolen will be formally contested using carrier delivery confirmation records and the customer’s acceptance of these Terms.

Communications Consent

By placing an order, creating an account, or using our Services, you consent to receive communications from NovaLabs, including transactional, operational, support-related, and marketing messages via email, SMS/text message, or other electronic channels.

Message frequency may vary, and standard message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of non-transactional communications at any time by following unsubscribe instructions or replying STOP to SMS messages.

Transactional communications (such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and support responses) may continue as permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovaLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services or any products obtained through the Services.

Changes to the Terms

NovaLabs reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
